In an introduction to the basics of starting a sports business, Keith Coleman provides insight into the successful steps and methods needed to build a dynamic sports start-up.
The main goal of this course is learning how to rapidly move through the process of getting started the right way. This is done by learning from his mistakes and his successes. Many start-up businesses fail by not knowing their customer base and the market in which they spend their money. To mitigate that, students will learn how to move around the pitfalls of starting a new business and establish a sustainable business model.
Starting a small business is hard! That is why we’ve designed this course to help members like you gain the knowledge to make your start-up phase as easy as possible, and to improve their odds of becoming a successful entrepreneur. We want you to be as prepared as possible, with the tools and knowledge needed to build a thriving sports business.
Building a start-up sports business is not simply selling a product, but rather executing a plan for a successful business model.
